Police cordoned off Jubilee Road in Middleton due to a welfare concern.

On (Sunday 27th July) Police were called at around 7pm for a concern for welfare on Jubilee Road in Middleton.

Upon arrival, police cordoned off Jubilee Road, where they discovered a male who seemed to be experiencing a mental health issue. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and no suspects are being sought in connection with this incident.

A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Police said "Officers were called to reports of a concern for welfare on Jubilee Road in Middleton at around 7pm last night (Sunday 27 July).


A man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. No suspects are being sought in this incident and it is believed the victim suffered a mental health episode."
