Male charged with several offences following investigation after e-bike collision

A teenager has been charged with multiple offences following a road traffic collision in Middleton in which a woman walking with a pram was injured.

Bradley Price (09/08/06), of St Agnes Court, Whalley Road, Middleton, has been charged after the incident on Rochdale Road.
He faces the following charges:
Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place
No insurance
Dangerous driving
Causing serious injury by dangerous driving
Driving a vehicle other than in accordance with a licence
The charges relate to a collision involving an electric bike and a woman pushing a pram. Emergency services attended the scene, and the woman was treated for injuries.
Price was remanded in custody and appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on 11 February 2026.
The case will now proceed through the courts.
